MERCEDES-BENZ Australia has recognised outstanding performance through its esteemed Circle of Excellence program welcoming 10 agents into its top-tier program and earning them an invitation to the 2025 Product Forum in Stuttgart to be held next month.
Named Metro members of the Circle of Excellence for 2025 were Mercedes-Benz Berwick & Waverley (VIC), Mercedes-Benz Sunshine Coast (QLD), Mercedes-Benz Toowong & Macgregor (QLD), Mercedes-Benz Newcastle (NSW), 3 Point Motors (VIC), Sandersons Rushcutters Bay (NSW), Mercedes-Benz Adelaide & Unley (SA) and Mercedes-Benz Sydney (NSW).
Rural Circle of Excellence winners comprised Wagga Motors (NSW) and Carlin & Gazzard (SA).
Mercedes-Benz Toowong & Macgregor dealer principal Angus Young said the awards were “outstanding recognition for each and every one of our team”.

Celebrated at a prestigious gala event in Melbourne, these high-performing Australian retailers were deemed to have excelled across multiple key areas throughout 2024 and set benchmarks in both sales and customer service.
In addition to the Circle of Excellence Mercedes-Benz Australia also paid tribute to two retailers which had excelled in individual categories. F. Wann Motors (SA) was recognised as the Customer Services Retailer of the Year while Wagga Motors received the Sales Agent of the Year award.
The event also celebrated Mercedes-Benz Vans retailers with Mercedes-Benz Geelong (VIC) named as the Vans Rural Retailer of the Year and Mercedes-Benz Berwick & Waverley recognised as the Vans Metro Retailer of the Year.
Further accolades were awarded to Mercedes-Benz Financial Retailers of the Year and Business Manager of the Year. Mercedes-Benz G Brothers (QLD) received the Mercedes-Benz Finance Vans Retailer of the Year award while Mercedes-Benz Berwick & Waverley was named Mercedes-Benz Finance Cars Retailer of the Year.
Deng Zhang of Silver Star Motors (VIC) was honoured as the Mercedes-Benz Finance Business Manager of the Year.
Outstanding performances by individuals were also recognised with awards distributed across various Mercedes-Benz Cars operations. Troy Carrick of Mercedes-Benz Wollongong (NSW) was named Rural Parts Manager of the Year, while Bill Iqbal of Mercedes-Benz Macarthur (NSW) received the Metro Parts Manager of the Year award.
Glen Campbell of West Orange Motors (NSW) was named Rural Service Manager of the Year and David Smith of 3 Point Motors was recognised as Metro Service Manager of the Year, while M1 Autobody (VIC) received the Autobody Manager of the Year award.
Further individual accolades included Bill Iqbal of Mercedes-Benz Macarthur who was named Most Improved Parts Manager Nicholas Louca of F. Wann Motors as Service & Parts only Service Manager of the Year and Mark Frost of Advance Automotive Solutions (WA) as Service & Parts only Parts Manager of the Year.
The Star Guild awards honoured remarkable accomplishments in sales throughout the Mercedes-Benz Cars network.
Thomas Buggy of Wagga Motors was named both Rural Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Consultant of the Year and Rural New Vehicle Sales Consultant of the Year. Gordon Christie of Mercedes-Benz Adelaide was recognised as Metro Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Consultant of the Year.
Richard Zhang of Mercedes-Benz Brisbane (QLD) received the EQ Vehicle Consultant of the Year award. Aaron Alipu of Mercedes-Benz Berwick was awarded AMG Brand Manager of the Year. Zac Hudson of Mercedes-Benz Hervey Bay (QLD) was named Rural Certified New & Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager of the Year while Jake Buxton of Mercedes-Benz Berwick received the Metro Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager of the Year award.
Daniel Bey of Mercedes-Benz Berwick was named Metro New Vehicle Sales Manager of the Year and Tallal Mourad of Mercedes-Benz Parramatta (NSW) was Wildcard winner for Demo sales.
Mercedes-Benz Financial Services recognised Mercedes-Benz Sydney as the runner-up for the Mercedes-Benz Finance Guild for Vans with G Brothers and Mercedes-Benz Brisbane taking second and third runner-up positions for the Mercedes-Benz Financial Guild for Cars, with Mercedes-Benz Vans honouring Rakesh Balbadhur of Mercedes-Benz Brisbane as Vans Service Advisor of the Year.
Dustin Ruckle of Mercedes-Benz Sunshine Coast received the Vans Rural Service Manager of the Year award; Tim Mansfield of Mercedes-Benz Brisbane was recognised as Vans Metro Service Manager of the Year and Andrew Holford of Mercedes-Benz Sunshine Coast was named Vans Rural Parts Manager of the Year while Tony Duggan of Mercedes-Benz Castle Hill received the Vans Metro Parts Manager of the Year award.
Mercedes-Benz North Shore was recognised as the Service & Parts Retailer of the Year. Andrew Harrison of Mercedes-Benz Geelong was named Vans Rural Sales Executive of the Year while Joanne Eisel of Daimler Trucks Huntingwood received the Vans Metro Sales Executive of the Year award.
Mark Bain of Mercedes-Benz Geelong was recognised as Vans Rural Sales Manager of the Year and Murray Caitlin-Struthers of G Brothers was named Vans Metro Sales Manager of the Year.
Among the new and upcoming models shown to retailers at the awards event was an exclusive first look at the all-electric G-Class, which will make its local public debut at next month’s Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne.
