Seen as the jewel in the crown, Retailer of the Year recognises the retailers and their dedicated teams embracing Jaguar Land Rover’s “customer first principles” and modern luxury retail experience.
At the local level, criteria for Retailer of the Year include sales performance, customer satisfaction, retail presentation and team training.
Jaguar Land Rover Parramatta are winners of both the 2021/2022 Retailer of the Year and Metropolitan Retailer of the Year, while Lennock Jaguar Land Rover was awarded Provincial Retailer of the Year and Jaguar Land Rover Port Macquarie won Rural Retailer of the Year.

JLR has been one of the hardest hit car-makers in the semiconductor shortage and the production slowdown has hit sales.
In Australian figures from VFACTS, Jaguar sales are down 24.7 per cent to the end of May with 342 deliveries, while Land Rover saw 2197 sales, down 25.8 per cent compared with the same period in 2021.
