ANGLE Auto Finance has followed up the success of its The Guild dealership program in 2024 and has announced that it is running the program once again for 2025.

The financier’s The Guild program celebrates top dealers and business managers. It is designed to reward excellence in dealership finance operations. For 2025 The Guild will continue to recognise the outstanding efforts of its top-performing dealer principals and business managers. The program aims to drive business growth and reinforce best practices. It is additionally designed to ensure that compliance and responsible lending remain at the core of dealership finance operations.


How The Guild Program Works

The Guild is structured around two core recognition programs: Business Manager of the Year and Dealer of the Year.

For Business Managers, performance is assessed monthly against key criteria.

Business Managers earn The Guild Reward Dollars based on their achievement levels, with top performers across metro, regional, and rural categories competing for the ultimate recognition: Business Manager of the Year.

Similarly, dealerships accumulate Leaderboard Points based on their ability to meet or exceed their targets. The highest-performing dealerships at the end of the program year are recognised as Dealer of the Year winners, with dealer principals rewarded accordingly.

2024 Business Manager of the Year and Dealer of the Year Rewards

The best-performing business managers and dealer principals across all program objectives, were recently rewarded with all-expenses-paid trips to iconic destinations.

The top business managers and their partners were flown to Sydney, where they enjoyed a luxurious two-night stay at the Ovolo Hotel in Woolloomooloo. A highlight of the trip was a seaplane journey along the breathtaking views of Sydney’s Northern Beaches before landing at Jonah’s in Whale Beach for a long lunch.

Dealer principals from the highest-ranking dealerships flew to Queenstown New Zealand with Angle Auto Finance CEO Aaron Baxter and CCO Craig Neville. The highest-ranking dealers and their partners experienced a three-night stay at the QT Hotel, with a curated itinerary of exclusive activities celebrating their commitment to excellence in dealership finance operations.

The 2024 program saw Rebel Ford take out the National Dealer of the Year award.

What’s Next for 2025?

Following the success of the 2024 program, The Guild has returned in 2025, running from 1st January to 31st December. Business managers will have the opportunity to earn double last year’s Reward Dollars – every month, while dealerships will compete for Leaderboard Points, culminating in another round of exclusive rewards.
