AUTOMOTIVE logistics group AutoNexus is taking it to the streets with mobile showrooms aimed at informing potential customers of its fleet services.

AutoNexus’ Fleet Conversions business has converted two Peugeot Expert vans that have become a showcase for its vehicle conversion service.

The business is aimed at fleets and ensures vehicles are fit-for-purpose and ready for business from the moment they’re delivered.

AutoNexus currently has customers for its Fleet Conversions in industries as diverse as telecommunications, construction, road transport, energy and emergency services including police, fire brigade, and ambulance.

The fleet conversions available from AutoNexus in each state complement its extensive existing business operations that cover automotive aftermarket products including window tinting and dash cameras and accessory fitment.

This is in addition to AutoNexus’ more publicly-known role in new vehicle storage and processing, pre-delivery inspections, automotive parts distribution and warehousing. These functions are used by several of Australia’s leading automotive brands.

Darren Bowler

AutoNexus managing director Darren Bowler said his company prides itself on offering bespoke conversions.

“We appreciate that every customer has different needs,” he said.

“This is why AutoNexus partners with our customers to create the conversion package best suited to them and our expert team of highly skilled technicians focus on delivering quality conversions in a timely manner.”

AutoNexus partnered with Peugeot Australia to convert the two Peugeot vans.

Items fitted to showcase AutoNexus’ services include an amber lighting system (from Whelen); shelving with lockable cabinets (Autosafe); roof-rack systems (VAS); overhead ladder racks (VAS); window tinting (AutoGold); and custom vehicle livery (Label Concepts).

Mr Bowler said the vans allowed AutoNexus the opportunity to visit potential clients at their place of business and showcase the selection of equipment and quality of the professional design and fit out offered by the Fleet Conversions business.

“These mobile showrooms connect the fleet world with available solutions to operate any business on the road and out in the field,” he said.

“Whatever the fleet conversion needs, the end-to-end vehicle conversion offered by AutoNexus will take your business up a gear.”

AutoNexus is part of Inchcape Australia which is also the national distributor for Subaru, Citroen, and Peugeot vehicles.
