DIGITAL vehicle settlement platform AutoSettle has appointed three industry leaders – Simon Bray, Peter Jones and Steven Bragg – to its advisory board.
It said that each executive brings a wealth of experience and expertise across the automotive, financial services, and large-scale digital transformation sectors.
AutoSettle co-founder Patrick McCormish said: “We are delighted to appoint these three well respected executives to our new advisory board.

He said that their appointments come at a crucial time as AutoSettle forges relationships in a rapidly evolving automotive market to become an important player in the autotech sector.
Mr Bragg, partner at Pitcher Partners and who leads the automotive industry practice, is a highly regarded automotive industry executive with deep knowledge of the motor vehicle dealer vertical.
He was previously national lead, Motor Industry Services at KPMG Australia where he led a team of motor industry specialists providing best practice profit enhancement consulting, audit, tax, M&A, and mentoring to the Australian retail motor industry.
Mr Jones is a highly respected finance industry progressional having held executive roles across the automotive and auto/asset financing sectors, most recently as managing director of Nissan Financial Services Australia, chair of the Australian Finance Industry Association and general manager, insurance and sales Development at Toyota Finance Australia.
“Peter will bring an immeasurable amount of value to AutoSettle across the asset financing space as well as the wider automotive industry in Australia,” the company said.
Mr Bray was previously both chief information officer and chief product officer of PEXA, Australia’s leading electronic lodgement network operator for property settlements, and brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of digital settlement with track records in both compliance and delivery.
“As we move to orchestrate more parties in our multi-party platform from the auto value chain, Simon’s experience building exchange related businesses will play an important role in shaping AutoSettle’s future,” AutoSettle said.
