FORD Australia has appointed Tim Crilly as national senior manager of Ford Pro sales, bringing more than 20 years of fleet sales leadership to the car-maker’s commercial vehicle division.
Mr Crilly’s career spans four OEMs and a major dealer group. Most recently, he served as head of fleet at JAC Motors Australia where he built the brand’s national fleet program from inception.
Before that, he was group fleet manager at Eagers Automotive, where he led the implementation of a national fleet sales program.
Mr Crilly spent more than a decade at Mazda Australia as senior manager of corporate and business fleet from 2014 to 2025, designing and rolling out the Mazda Fleet and Mazda Corporate Select programs nationally.
He was also responsible for strategy development and sales execution across corporate sales, fleet sales and insurance sales, as well as day-to-day performance and product development for the BT-50 commercial vehicle range.
Earlier in his career, he held fleet and corporate sales roles at BMW Australia over eight years, including national corporate sales manager from 2012 to 2014 and regional fleet manager from 2007 to 2012.
Mr Crilly’s appointment comes as Ford seeks to broaden its Ford Pro commercial vehicle and fleet services division, offering telematics and fleet management plus vehicle conversions through its Ford Pro Convertor program.
