The centres are part of automotive media group CarExpert, which this week has also announced Channel 7 has made a multi-million investment in the group and made CarExpert its primary automotive media partner.
Mr Bradshaw is a recognised global thought leader and best-selling author on customer and employee experience.
He is a seasoned professional who has worked across seven different industries and led significant improvements at brands like Fairfax Media, Target and most recently at Volkswagen Group Australia, where he served as chief customer experience and marketing officer.
For the past 13 years he has also operated as a customer and employee experience expert, growth consultant and keynote speaker for his company Bradshaw, Koh and Associates and business Power of CEX.
Mr Bradshaw said: “As CarExpert’s first chief experience and innovation officer I’m focused on ensuring that we continue to find new ways to not only connect with a larger audience but to create engaging relationships that benefit CarExpert, automotive brands and their dealer partners.
“So that ultimately the consumer is able to make an informed decision about their next vehicle choice, a decision that brings them joy and fulfils their expressed and unexpressed desires.”

CarExpert trialled its first experience centre at the Westfield Warringah Mall for 12 weeks early this year.
More than 32,000 people visited the centre with over 90 per cent of visitors valuing the independent advice and ability to discover the right car for them in a non-sales environment.
