As reported last month in GoAutoNews Premium, bravoauto enters Australia from the UK where it has been operating for 12 months and now has 12 outlets.
It now plans more stores for Australia with the next site to open in Pakenham, Victoria followed by Narellan, NSW and Bundoora, Victoria.
Inchcape said that bravoauto – which competes with centralised used-car outlets including Eagers Automotive’s Easyauto123 – will offer customers greater choice, value and security.
Among the incentives for customers, bravoauto offers an exchange of vehicles if the customer is not happy in the first seven days; conditional six-month/8000km warranty; 12 months free roadside assist; a 150-point safety check; and flexible test drives – including overnight – as well as delivery options.
Like some rival outlets, it has haggle-free pricing and available finance through Inchcape Financial Services.
Inchcape Australasia managing director Colin Christie, said in statement: “The launch of bravoauto, a dedicated used vehicle brand, in the Australian market is an example of Inchcape’s commitment, as part of our ‘Accelerate’ strategy, to offer more services and support to customers across a vehicle’s entire lifecycle.
“We’re delighted to be able to help more Australians find their next vehicle and deliver upon bravoauto’s promise to exceed our customers’ expectations when searching for, buying and owning their used vehicle.”
The business’s mandate is “to offer more choice, more transparency, more value, more support, and most of all, more of everything our customers expect,” said Mr Christie.
