MITSUBISHI Motors Australia Limited (MMAL) has undertaken a key management personnel reshuffle, ushering in new blood as the company enjoys a strong start to 2022.

Kiyohiko Ito joins as chief financial officer and comes with substantial experience as a CFO in various international Mitsubishi markets including Russia, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Rob Nazzari has been promoted to the role of co-chief operating officer, sitting alongside existing Co-COO Yoichi Watanabe, both reporting to MMAL CEO Shaun Westcott.

Mr Nazzari has worked at MMAL for more than 13 years across a variety of leadership roles, most recently as director of marketing and operations.

MMAL stalwart Tony Principe moves into the newly created role of chief business advisor, harnessing his 37-year MMAL history to advise the leadership team on vital strategic and operational matters.

Yohei Ito joined MMAL as director of aftersales in March after notching up extensive experience at Mitsubishi Motors Corporation headquarters in Tokyo and most recently at Mitsubishi Motors Thailand.
