MANHEIM Australia has appointed well-known insurance professional Jess Sherlock to its Australia and New Zealand Salvage division as national account manager.

Ms Sherlock joins Manheim’s ANZ salvage sales and account management team, where she will work with key insurance and industry clients across Australia.

She is an industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience in various roles with Australian insurance providers Suncorp Group and AAMI.

Manheim head of Salvage, Jonothan Ellerton, said: “We’re rapt to have Jess join our team.

“The level of professionalism and industry knowledge Jess brings to our organisation will help support us as we continue to elevate our performance and customer experience across the business.”

Ms Sherlock, who has a diploma in management, was previously national manager of recoveries and settlements for Suncorp, based in Melbourne.

She had been with Suncorp for almost 11 years, in roles also including supplier development and as change and integration manager for Victoria.

Ms Sherlock was previously with AAMI for 12 years, the latest as area manager of repair services for Victoria.
