Snezana Jankulovski

COX Automotive Australia has appointed Snezana Jankulovski as human resources director for Australia and New Zealand, joining the senior management team as the recently formed company – a subsidiary of US-based Cox Automotive – builds its presence here.

Ms Jankulovski will work closely with newly appointed chief executive Gary Martin and the heads of Cox Automotive’s various brands, which include CarsGuide, Dealer Solutions, Manheim and Sell My Car.

Based at the Manheim head office in Melbourne, Ms Jankulovski spent the past five years with global IT services and solutions company Dimension Data, rising through the ranks to become director of people and culture and, most recently, talent strategist (workforce planning and organisational development).

She previously worked as a senior organisational development specialist for the department of premier and cabinet in Victoria (on an 18-month contract), and earlier in her career spent 14 years with Telstra in HR.
