A NEW Nissan dealership in Brookvale, north of Sydney, is the latest to follow the Japanese brand’s global ‘Nissan Retail Concept’ that places a heavy emphasis on open-plan space and customer-focused facilities.

Owned by Chad Davies’ CKD Automotive, the Brookvale dealership is in one of the suburb’s most prominent positions.

Purpose-built and new from the ground up, the dealership is highlighted by a showroom with an open floorplan for five vehicles, comfortable customer lounges, premium consultation spaces for sales staff, a dedicated vehicle delivery bay and a children’s play area.

The lounge has free WiFi, a hospitality bar, workstations, charge points and plenty of seating.

Information on vehicles across the model range and ‘Nissan Intelligent Mobility’ technologies is delivered on live-feed digital screens and via an interactive touchscreen display.

CKD Automotive said in a statement that the floorplan encourages customers to take their time while browsing, feel more relaxed as they become familiar with Nissan product, and engage with sales staff in comfortable, purpose-built surrounds.

Nissan Australia said the Brookvale dealership reflected the brand’s commitment to providing the best retail experience as the company invests in and modernises its national dealerships.

Brookvale is now one of 89 national Nissan dealerships that sell the Leaf EV and has the technical equipment and assistance for EV buyers. The dealership has EV charging equipment and can assist with buyers’ home charging infrastructure requirements.

The showroom is positioned at the intersection of Warringah Road and Pittwater Road, and is separate from the service centre that is located nearby on Mitchell Road.

Brookvale Nissan dealer principal Chris Brown said: “We are delighted to have the new Brookvale Nissan operating at this fantastic new location, an address that carries a lot of daily traffic helping us to stand out from the crowd.

“But it will be the customer that enjoys the greater benefits. We have expertly trained sales staff and service technicians and the new showroom will ensure an enjoyable new-car purchase experience.”

Nissan Australia managing director Stephen Lester said the dealership was committed to giving customers the very best service.

“This outstanding new showroom will make the purchase experience a positive one for every Nissan customer,” he said.
