NISSAN Australia has appointed John-Paul Falvo as national manager of its customer, retail experience and ‘Voice of Customer’ program.

He was previously network development manager at Nissan, a post he held for almost eight years.

In his new position, Mr Falvo’s duties include design and execution of the customer experience business strategy to deliver objectives of service retention and owner repurchase, and manage the Voice of Customer program to drive customer-oriented outcomes across sales, after sales, product, retail development, IT and marketing teams.

Before his 2013 appointment at Nissan as network development manager, Mr Falvo was network operation manager for Hyundai and based in Melbourne.

Other previous positions include dealer business manager for Mazda and marketing campaign manager for The Good Guys.
