LSH Auto Australia has appointed Wayne Marshall as its new chief financial officer, leading the financial team for the company that operates Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

He has worked in the automotive industry for more than 25 years and has extensive experience in finance and accounting.

Mr Marshall said he is passionate about providing a high level of financial support and analysis.

“I am dedicated to developing my own skills and knowledge whilst supporting and mentoring my staff to do the same,” he said.

“I also enjoy working with our network of dealerships to continue to build the LSH brand, affecting change and delivering an even better future for our teams and customers across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.”

Mr Marshall comes to LSH from the Jowett Motor Group, where he was CFO for almost 12 years after joining in 2010.

He was responsible for the accounting policies, procedures and controls for JMG as well as the five dealerships within its network.

Prior to joining JMG he was group financial controller for Barloworld Motor Australia for more than nine years.

He replaces Aaron Cordy, who has become chief financial officer for Victorian-based machinery dealer group O’Connors.
