AUSTRALIAN marketing specialist AdTorque Edge has partnered with customer messaging platform Podium to allow dealers to boost leads, reduce time and increase profits.

The partnership means Podium’s customer messaging platform for businesses can now integrate with AdTorque Edge’s single-view lead attribution platform, ALICE.

Podium said that its interaction management tools allow dealerships to manage and respond to all of their messages – including from Google, their own website and SMS – through one platform.

Using Podium’s Webchat function, dealers can capture and convert leads while they’re on their website with a button that connects them to their leads through text.

This integration will allow dealerships to push leads from Podium into ALICE, providing a seamless experience for dealerships and cutting down on manual data entry.

The data presented in ALICE, along with its lead-matching capabilities, allows dealers to make more informed decisions about future marketing activity, sell more cars and generate greater profit.

Podium’s Australian Country manager Dave Schiene said the integration was one of the most significant advantages it had been able to offer its automotive customers.

“The additional ease and visibility this offers dealerships will allow them to track and grow the sources of their most valuable leads and manage their full customer journey, from first interaction, to vehicle purchase and beyond,” he said.

AdTorque Edge managing director Gavin Cox said his company was “thrilled to be partnering with such a forward-thinking business as Podium.”

“Like us, they truly understand the unique needs of today’s dealers, and have a genuine desire to provide a tool to the auto industry that makes it easier for the everyday salesperson to maximise their conversion opportunities,” Mr Cox said.

In a statement, the two companies said that early users of the integration had found Podium’s Webchat as their highest source for test drives and cars sold.

One dealership already getting great results from the integration is Alto Blacktown. General manager Jason Wood said ALICE had been a game-changer for his business.

“The real-time reporting on campaigns and the leads-matching functionality enables us to clearly understand our marketing ROI,” he said.

“Podium delivers us one of our main lead sources with its Webchat tool – particularly for out-of-hours enquiries. Using it has highlighted the importance of us being able to communicate directly with our customers online and on their own terms.

“Being able to log into ALICE each day and see all our Podium chats as well as our other leads in the one place is fantastic. It saves the team so much time and hassle and presents us with data that is clear and easy to understand.”

AdTorque Edge has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, New Zealand, Singapore and the Philippines. It offers custom-built websites, and digital and traditional advertising, with marketing technology product solutions such as call attribution, social review management, photo editing, stock locators, and an analytics and attribution platform.
