TWO Australian Rolls-Royce dealers have taken out high awards in the prestigious regional dealer awards for APAC, with Rolls-Royce Brisbane named 2024 Regional Whispers Champion and Rolls-Royce Sydney winning the 2024 Regional Business Champion award.

Held in Japan last week,the awards ceremony acknowledged and celebrated outstanding performance in several categories connected to business objectives, brand communications and customer service.

For Brisbane, winning the Whispers award is a high honour that celebrates Rolls-Royce’s exclusive member’s club.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Brisbane was commended for “its continuous efforts in enriching local content for Roll-Royce’s owners-only Whispers mobile app” with the 2024 Regional Whispers Champion award, and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Sydney prevailed as the 2024 Regional Business Champion “in recognition of its excellent accomplishment in the key areas of business health, customer retention, investment and development of the Rolls-Royce brand”.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars achieved a remarkable milestone in 2024, recording a historic year for its Bespoke division and securing the third-best sales result in the company’s storied history.

The company said that “this exceptional performance firmly confirms the success of the marque’s strategic approach.”

“By staying true to its commitment to excellence, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has solidified its position as a leader, captivating discerning clients worldwide,” it said.

“The marque’s outstanding performance in Asia Pacific, where it achieved record sales, was particularly noteworthy.

“In 2024, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars further exemplified its dedication to Bespoke through the expansion of its global network of Private Offices in Seoul, demonstrating the marque’s ongoing commitment to the region.

“It reaffirmed its position as an authentic luxury house by crafting the most complex, personal, and valuable motor cars in its history, with the average value of Bespoke commissions in each handcrafted motor car 10 per cent higher than it was in the previous year.

“This growing client demand for increasingly complex Bespoke personalisation of their motor cars last year led Rolls-Royce Motor Cars to invest more than $A615 million to extend its Bespoke and Coachbuild capabilities at the company’s manufacturing facility and global headquarters at Goodwood, UK.”
