NEW Chinese entrant Deepal has expanded its dealer network with three new showrooms and service centres.

The additions bring the national dealer outlets to seven, with the latest three being the first for the brand in the states of WA, South Australia and Queensland.

Deepal, distributed by Inchcape, said the strategic expansion followed the successful launch of the first four retailers in November 2024 and demonstrated the brand’s commitment to growing its presence across Australia. The brand has one model, the S07, and has announced plans to launch nine models in its export markets over the next three years. Australia is regarded as an important market for Deepal but the brand has not confirmed which of the nine will go on sale here.

The upcoming vehicles include an S05, a smaller SUV than the S07; the L07 electric sedan; the G318 large SUV hybrid; and the E07 ute that features a long liftback covering the cargo bed.

The latest Deepal dealers are open in Perth and Adelaide, with the Queensland outlet opening next month.

Deepal said it will continue to expand its network throughout the first quarter of this year, including opening showrooms in the ACT and more in Queensland.

Deepal’s retail model is designed to offer a customer-centric experience tailored to each person’s preferences, whether they visit in person, enquire online, or combine the two.
