MG MOTOR Australia has increased its dealer network to 18 after today announcing two new showrooms in Sydney at Lansdale and Chullora.

The appointments made today are Lansvale Motor Group’s Lansvale MG now in Lansvale, southwest of Sydney, and Noble MG – which joins Noble’s Volkswagen, Toyota, Kia and Suzuki franchises – at Chullora in Sydney’s west.

peaking of the appointment, Lansvale MG dealer principal Ken Keo said MG was “an exciting brand” with “fun cars”.

“We’re looking forward to celebrating the marque’s continued momentum in the market,” he said.

According to VFACTS sales data, MG has sold 1252 vehicles this year, up 236.6 per cent from a low base during the same in 2017. But it also sold 281 vehicles in July, outselling Mini and Peugeot for the month.

Noble MG dealer principal Stephen Drane said the dealership was “delighted” to be selected to bring the “iconic marque” to Chullora.

Noble MG owners will also have access to a second service outlet in Revesby.

MG Motors Australia senior manager Danny Lenartic said: “We have seen excellent growth in Australia and the investment in these new locations in NSW reflects the increasing levels of local demand.”
