Motorama Kia Moorooka’s DOTY sweep

KIA Australia’s 2023 Dealer of the Year Awards (DOTY) have been run and won using selection criteria based on sales and aftersales performance, facilities, customer satisfaction and dealer business management.

Presenting the awards on April 12 were Kia Australia chief executive officer Damien Meredith and Kia Asia Pacific president and CEO Kevin Ahn.

Of particular note was Brisbane-based Motorama Kia Moorooka’s big effort in winning four awards out of a possible eight with gongs for Top Sales, Top After Sales and Northern Region DOTY, as well as collecting the National Winner DOTY.

Pennant Kills Kia was named Eastern Region DOTY, with Ferntree Gully Kia picking up Southern Region DOTY honours, Adelaide City Kia topping the Central Region DOTY table and Wangara Kia getting the gong for Western Region DOTY.

Commenting on Motorama Kia Moorooka taking the lion’s share of 2023 Kia Australia Dealer of the Year Awards, dealer principal Joel Mullins said his team’s success was “fuelled by a strong culture deeply rooted in our company vision of ‘customer for life’ which we passionately drive through our three pillars: people, process, and technology”.
