The AAAA said Ms Kayhoor is dedicated to industry growth, diversity and sustainability, and now leads the aftermarket division at Hella Australia.

Mr Durden brings more than three decades of experience to the AAAA board, having worked in sales, supply and distribution throughout the automotive aftermarket.

He has an MBA and is currently the general manager of sales and branch operations at CoolDrive Auto Parts.

The AAAA said Mr Durden’s strong leadership and passion for supporting independent workshops have made him a key figure in the sector.

Both new directors join a highly regarded group of automotive leaders responsible for steering the strategic direction of the AAAA and the broader aftermarket industry.

AAAA CEO Stuart Charity said: “We are delighted to welcome Glareh and Dale to the AAAA board. Both bring a wealth of knowledge and passion for the industry, and I am confident they will provide fresh insights and perspectives as we continue to navigate the evolving landscape of our sector.”

The board bid farewell to Peter Rogers from Repco Authorised Service and Darren Robinson from Hella, who retired after many years of service.

“We sincerely thank Peter and Darren for their significant contributions over the years. Their wisdom and strategic insight have been invaluable, and we wish them all the best in their future endeavours,” Mr Charity said.

“I look forward to continuing our work with the board to ensure the ongoing health and prosperity of our thriving aftermarket industry. Our priority remains delivering exceptional value to our members, helping them grow and succeed.”
