The role will lead Loopit’s customer success team and further expand and manage the company’s growing customer base.

Loopit said that Mr Omar has been at the forefront of customer support and success for more than six years, working across multiple industries including automotive, fashion, insurance and financial services, at both start-up and corporate companies.

He is experienced in building up a strong customer success foundation in preparation to scale any business and its partnerships mutually.

Loopit said Mr Omar is also highly skilled in ensuring growth through the adoption of strong policies, account planning, goal setting, innovation and communication.

The appointment comes after Loopit’s first external capital raise, securing $3.6 million in funding.

Loopit is a cloud-based end-to-end software solution that allows car dealerships, OEMs and emerging car subscription providers to offer car subscription-as-a-service to its customers.
