Op2ma, a subsidiary of Fusion Business Solutions, supplies a range of solutions – including technology, consulting and consumer research – to automotive clients, including global OEMs, automotive financiers, insurers and dealers.
It is the second overseas move after Op2ma entered the Chinese market three years ago with offices and a team in Shanghai.
Op2ma employs more than 40 people and operates its business in 20 countries. Its headquarters is in Adelaide and it has offices in Sydney and Melbourne. The contract win in South Africa could potentially lead to opening an office in that country.
The South African contract – with an unnamed party – involves Op2ma supplying its Ri-gnr8 (pronounced “regenerate”) solution to the global financier and its dealer network.
Ri-gnr8, which Op2ma also provides for its Chinese clients, has a data mining capability that allows clients to optimise the best time to re-engage with customers about their next purchase.
Op2ma said the Ri-gnr8 platform helps its clients to increase finance and insurance performance throughout the customer lifecycle.

“Financial services is a tough area to deliver solutions into. In Australia there has been significant investment by our team to respond to the demanding needs of regulators that govern the area.
