Renault Australia has strengthened its senior management team with the appointment of two new executives in key business areas for the French marque.

Deon Bradley has been appointed general manager of network and business development, with responsibility for the development of a rolling strategy driving awareness and aspiration for the Renault brand.

Mr Bradley had a successful career in third-party logistics and automotive before joining Renault in March as a dealer business manager and part of the Renault Australia executive team.

Renault Australia managing director Anouk Poelmann said Mr Bradley’s appointment was a key to the company working to develop a mid to long-term strategy for the brand in Australia.

“Deon will work closely with our dealers and product planning division to improve the profitability and sustainability of the network in conjunction with Groupe Renault’s long-term strategy,” she said.

Renault Australia has also appointed Brendan Fulton as aftersales marketing manager.

He has previous experience as an aftersales manager with automotive OEMs and joined Renault as a dealer business manager earlier this year.

Ms Poelmann said the new role is more than driving parts and accessories sales performance but will be driving strong initiatives to grow service retention and increase owner loyalty.

“Aftersales is a critical element of the business for our dealers and one the senior team is committed to improving,” she said.

“With Brendan’s appointment following on the heels of our new 5-5-5 Easy Life Service Package we are putting the building blocks in place to cement Renault’s future prosperity.”

As previously reported by GoAuto, Renault has also welcomed back experienced product planner Victor Ly who has become product manager for LCVs.

He previously worked at Renault for more than five years in the product planning department before moving to Toyota Australia in 2018.
