VICTORIAN dealership Werribee Kia has been awarded Kia Australia’s 2024 National Dealer of the Year at the annual Kia Dealer of the Year awards.

It is the second time that Werribee Kia has won the car-maker’s highest dealer honour after its first win in 2021.

Selection criteria for the awards includes sales performance, after sales performance, facilities, customer satisfaction, and dealer business management.

The awards that annually celebrate the significant contributions of the Australian Kia dealer network were presented by Kia Australia CEO Damien Meredith and Kia Asia Pacific president and CEO Kevin Ahn during the Korean car importer’s annual National Dealer Conference on January 26.

Werribee Kia was named both National Dealer of the Year and Southern Region winner.

Other regional winners included last year’s National DOTY Motorama Kia Moorooka in Queensland (Northern Region), SVM Roseville Kia in NSW (Eastern Region), Adelaide City Kia (Central Region) and Mandurah Kia in WA (Western Region).

Motorama Kia also received the Top Sales Dealer of the Year award, while Morley Kia in WA was recognised for Top Aftersales Operations.
