SUBARU Australia has announced the appointment of Adriana Saviane as public relations manager, effective immediately.

She replaces David Rowley, who retired in August after 22 years as national corporate affairs and public relations manager for Subaru Australia

Ms Saviane has wide experience in PR, most recently as public relations and community executive for St John Ambulance Victoria.

She previously worked for several agencies where she supported a wide range of clients with their public relations, media and communication requirements.

Ms Saviane will report to Inchcape Australia’s national corporate affairs and public relations manager Chloe Fraser.

Subaru Australia general manager Blair Read said: “As we prepare to move into a period of significant new model activity with the upcoming launches of our highly anticipated, exhilarating new performance vehicles, we are delighted to announce the appointment of our new PR manager, Adriana Saviane.”

“Adriana’s experience with and passion for creating meaningful and lasting connections with local communities and uncovering compelling stories is a natural fit for the Subaru brand.”

On her appointment, Ms Saviane said: “I’m absolutely thrilled to join such an iconic and trusted brand, which has cemented itself into Australians’ hearts.

“I’m looking forward to helping build on Subaru Australia’s existing success as one of Australia’s leading and most beloved automotive brands.”
