Mr Gradidge takes over the management and leadership responsibility for the Peugeot Citroen aftersales department including parts sales and profitability, service operations, warranty, capability and technical services.
His new role also includes management of parts and accessories, technical support, education and training, customer satisfaction and ensures the efficiency of the brands’ dealership network.
Peugeot Citroen Australia is part of Inchcape Australia.
Mr Gradidge was previously national capability and technical services manager for Peugeot Citroen Australia, managing the technical services and training operations, and before that was national customer experience manager.
His previous roles included working with Volkswagen Group Australia, including as aftersales and technical training manager.
